Neil Rogers

CEO

Neil Rogers is the visionary founder and CEO of DNRG, one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. In 2015, he launched Digital NRG from the ground up—without external investment—transforming it into a 50+ strong team delivering data-driven marketing solutions to businesses nationwide.

Neil’s career spans leadership roles at industry giants including Reach, Yell, Shell, and BT, where he honed his expertise in media, advertising, and digital transformation. He holds a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Bristol, along with degrees in Economics and International Business.

Under Neil’s leadership, DNRG has evolved into a fully integrated agency offering SEO, PPC, paid social, CRO, and web development services. The agency has earned recognition as a Google Premier Partner, Facebook Business Partner, and Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner. In 2021, the company rebranded to DNRG, reflecting its strategic, funnel-based approach to digital growth.

Neil’s commitment to innovation and client success has positioned DNRG as the outsourced marketing department for thousands of UK businesses. With a 96% client retention rate over five years, his focus on results, automation, and continuous learning has made DNRG a standout in the digital space.

Kathryn Rogers

CFO

Kathryn Rogers is the Chief Financial Officer at Digital NRG, having joined the agency in 2007. In the early years, Kath focused solely on managing company finances, but as the agency grew, so did her responsibilities. She played a pivotal role in shaping the business, going on to lead the account management team, customer services, and operations. Her strategic oversight and hands-on approach have been key in helping DNRG become the agency it is today, making her an integral part of the company’s success and continued growth.

Jack has been a driving force at Digital NRG since joining 8 years ago, instrumental in building the SEO team and establishing agency-wide operational standards. With over 11 years of digital marketing experience – including founding and scaling his own eCommerce venture – Jack brings a wealth of strategic insight and hands on practical expertise. As COO, he oversees the agency’s direction and operational excellence, while fostering the growth and development of the wider team.

Sean Harris

Head of Digital

Meet Sean, our Head of Digital at DNRG, a digital marketing veteran with 15+ years of experience. Sean’s journey began in e-commerce, where he mastered every facet from customer calls to graphics design. He then led a Bristol & London corporate housing firm through rebranding, site builds, and global expansion.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Sean founded and swiftly grew his e-commerce venture, which garnered industry attention and was eventually sold. As MD of another e-commerce company , Sean achieved remarkable 4x growth in three years, utilising his expertise in paid performance, SEO, and customer retention.

Now, leading our Digital team, Sean brings his unique client perspective, acquired through years of working with diverse agencies. At DNRG, Sean aims to shape the agency into the UK’s premier performance marketing force, capitalising on his extensive insights and expertise.

Paul Riley

Technical Director

Paul is the Technical Director in DigitalNRG and oversees the technical needs and processes to ensure everything is in place and runs smoothly for the team and clients.

Paul also acts as a Senior Developer in the web team getting involved in both building and aiding others with custom development to add functionality. He has been designing, building and maintaining websites for over 11 years. During which he has grown his skillset to include various frontend and backend languages such as PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, and React.

I offer digital marketing solutions and lead generation services, which include website design, PPC, social media advertising and SEO for SME’s. I am based in Newcastle upon Tyne, so can react quickly and service clients in the North East region

Account Director

Sam joined DNRG in May 2023 as an Account Manager. Having multiple years within other agencies working across departments from TV to PPC he has a range of versatile experience. As an Account Manager, Sam conducts creating strategy around clients objectives as well as piecing together channels plans and performance to be a clear point of contact. After using a range of channels in the past, Sam can spot effective ways to tailor a clients marketing plan around core KPIs.

Paid Social Manager

As our Paid Social Manager, Rob oversees the whole department and every aspect of Paid Social within the agency. He also manages multiple paid social campaigns across META, LinkedIn, Spotify & TikTok.

You will find Rob supporting all of our Social clients on a daily basis, ensuring all elements of their campaigns are on point, running efficiently & driving as many leads as possible. His creativity and diligent campaign management ensure our Social clients always receive the best possible results & service.

Alex joined DNRG in November 2023 as our National Business Development Manager, and has since progressed into a National Account Manager role. After graduating from Cardiff University in 2018 with a degree in Journalism & Media, he began his career in Sales at a Sports Travel company before making the move into the digital space. With 3.5 years of experience under his belt, Alex became New Business Manager at a leading digital agency in Bristol, where he developed a strong passion for digital marketing.

At DNRG, Alex combines his skills in new business development with hands-on account management, supporting a national portfolio of clients across SEO, Paid Media, website projects, and wider digital strategy. From onboarding new clients to driving long-term growth through tailored digital campaigns, Alex is committed to delivering results and building lasting relationships.

George joined the team in September 2024 with over seven years of Paid Media experience across PPC and Paid Social. George brings a collaborative approach to every account. He thrives on variety, loves diving into new challenges, and is always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver impact.

Around the office, he’s (unofficially) known as the Chief Vibe Officer (self-appointed) bringing positive energy and a can-do attitude wherever he goes.

Rob joined the DNRG team in April 2024. Having worked both brand side and agency side in the past, Rob brings a good understanding of what matters most to our clients. With a focus on paid search, Rob’s previous roles have seen him heavily involved in a broad spectrum of digital marketing channels.

As a senior paid search specialist, Rob is responsible for some of our largest paid search clients.  Day to day, you can find him deep in Google or Microsoft Ads making sure our client’s accounts are as optimised as possible!

Keylie joined Digital NRG last summer in 2023 as a digital project apprentice, after completing her business course in college. When leaving college, Keylie had always had a special interest in marketing but wanted to take it further into the digital field, where she could show off her creativity. Since joining, Keylie has built up a wide array of knowledge and skills that have been put into practice within the digital industry, where she has adapted this into her SEO role.

Keylie also works alongside Luke on the Sirius project in helping with day-to-day tasks and making sure everything is smooth sailing.

Day to day you can find her using these tools alongside Shopify and Klaviyo to improve the UX of your website and create targeted email campaigns, focussing on boosting your conversion rate, revenue and customer retention.
