Paid Media Executive
Responsbilities
- Day-to-day management of PPC accounts
- Manage monthly budgets & invoices paid in our CRM to ensure no overage/underage on accounts.
- Cost per lead first mindset in optimizations as working with the UK’s no.1 lead generation agency across B2B & B2C.
- Creating new campaign builds for PPC
- Comfortable making decisions based on data to improve PPC performance
- Constant analysis of performance to progress continuous improvements.
- Keyword research, ad writing, audience targeting, display optimizations, product feed setup & manipulation (Google Shopping)
- Problem-solving & deep digging into account pain points.
As well as:
- Onboarding & quarterly touchpoints with clients.
- Google Tag Manager experience; setting up triggers, tags & testing containers.
- Using keyword planner to support new business pitches
- Use Google Analytics (as well as Ads) to support informed, data-driven decision-making on accounts
- Monthly or quarterly account audits; reviewing month-on-month trends in performance & working with clients, account managers to bring the best from accounts
Personal Requirements
- PPC experience ideally from an agency setting.
- Ideally exams in Google Ads Search Fundamentals, Google Ads Display, Shopping Ads, and Google Analytics for Beginners.
- Knowledge and experience in running campaigns across Google Ads (Microsoft Ads & Facebook Ads are a bonus).
- Comfortable analyzing data sets and working with Google Analytics.
- Structured and methodical way of working with a strong attention to detail.
- Genuine passion for PPC, Paid Social & Digital and keeping up to date with the latest trends across the digital industry.
- Keen attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Being transparent in your work & not shying away from the negatives. Never hiding when a mistake is made.
- Embrace the bad months & being able to read the data to suggest where to improve.
- Being a team player & collaborating with other teams + digital channels across the agency.
- To not fear voicing opinions and ideas or pushing back on requests that could damage performance.
- A confidence to speak to clients.
- Good management skills in dealing with internal vs. external requests & prioritizing time spent.
