As a digital sales professional, you will have solid experience presenting and selling digital marketing products and solutions to businesses of all sizes. You will need to have a clear idea of how different digital products work in conjunction with one another to create effective digital strategies that deliver proven results. You will ultimately be responsible for winning a portfolio of clients. Through effective sales activities, events, F2F meetings and traditional sales methods and networking you will identify suitable partners and provide solutions that deliver results. This is not single product selling, this is solution selling in a consultative manner to the highest levels.
Successful candidates will then work with our in-house account managers to service, and grow these new clients to the agency. The ideal candidate is an extremely proactive go-getter that fills their day with either prospecting ideas and activities or face to face business reviews and client pitches. As a strategist, you will also look at digital opportunities for your clients, creating a perfect digital presence and footprint. Through growing the agency’s clients, you will also cement the relationships with a multi-channel portfolio of products to suit their goals, and be capable of briefing the relevant departments of your vision and strategy

- Previous and proven success in digital account management and sales. Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing space.
- Experience and knowledge in all digital marketing channels. SEO, PPC, Social, Website and Email.
- An in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Experience in holding a full client business review, compartmentalising and reviewing to give clear and concise recommendations for them to achieve their business goals.
- A drive for cold calling and a structured approach to create business opportunities.
- An in-depth understanding of online marketing tools.
- A strong analytical mind and skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Preferred, BSc in Marketing or relevant subject or professional history or experience within this field.

A remuneration package for this job will be based on experience and skill. The basic salary starts
between £35 – £40k (dependent on experience) with an uncapped commission potential and OTE of
£55k.
