      As a digital sales professional, you will have solid experience presenting and selling digital marketing products and solutions to businesses of all sizes. You will need to have a clear idea of how different digital products work in conjunction with one another to create effective digital strategies that deliver proven results. DNRG is an agency that prides itself as being the outsourced digital marketing partner for any business, we are business consultants that deliver measurable solutions to support the ongoing growth of our clients. 

      You will ultimately be responsible for winning a portfolio of clients. Through effective sales activities, events, F2F meetings and traditional sales methods and networking you will identify suitable partners and provide solutions that deliver results. This is not single product selling, this is solution selling in a consultative manner to the highest levels. 

      Successful candidates will then work with our in-house account managers to service, and grow these new clients to the agency. The ideal candidate is an extremely proactive go-getter that fills their day with either prospecting ideas and activities or face to face business reviews and client pitches. The tools provided are world-class along with industry-leading training. DNRG even boast their own Academy to support ongoing learning with exams and qualifications to be earned.

      As a strategist, you will also look at digital opportunities for your clients, creating a perfect digital presence and footprint. Through growing the agency’s clients, you will also cement the relationships with a multi-channel portfolio of products to suit their goals, and be capable of briefing the relevant departments of your vision and strategy

      • Previous and proven success in digital account management and sales
      • Experience and knowledge in all digital marketing channels. SEO, PPC, Social, Website and Email.
      • An in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google ad words.
      • Experience in holding a full client business review, compartmentalising and reviewing to give clear and concise recommendations for them to achieve their business goals.
      • A drive for cold calling and a structured approach to create business opportunities.
      • An in-depth understanding of online marketing tools.
      • A strong analytical mind and skills
      • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
      • Preferred, BSc in Marketing or relevant subject or professional history or experience within this field.

      A remuneration package for this job will be based on experience and skill. The basic salary starts between £24k – £34k (dependent on experience) with an uncapped commission potential and OTE of £50K.

        Our cost per lead from Google Ads has fallen from around £25 to £11 while the actual amount of leads has doubled. Display advertising costs have dropped from around £2.50 per click to now only £0.08 per click. Overall, our total cost per lead is down from £50 to £8 which is incredible.
