As a digital sales professional, you will have solid experience presenting and selling digital marketing products and solutions to businesses of all sizes. You will need to have a clear idea of how different digital products work in conjunction with one another to create effective digital strategies that deliver proven results. DNRG is an agency that prides itself as being the outsourced digital marketing partner for any business, we are business consultants that deliver measurable solutions to support the ongoing growth of our clients. 

You will ultimately be responsible for winning a portfolio of clients. Through effective sales activities, events, F2F meetings and traditional sales methods and networking you will identify suitable partners and provide solutions that deliver results. This is not single product selling, this is solution selling in a consultative manner to the highest levels

Successful candidates will then work with our in-house account managers to service, and grow these new clients to the agency. The ideal candidate is an extremely proactive go-getter that fills their day with either prospecting ideas and activities or face to face business reviews and client pitches. The tools provided are world-class along with industry-leading training. DNRG even boast their own Academy to support ongoing learning with exams and qualifications to be earned.

As a strategist, you will also look at digital opportunities for your clients, creating a perfect digital presence and footprint. Through growing the agency’s clients, you will also cement the relationships with a multi-channel portfolio of products to suit their goals, and be capable of briefing the relevant departments of your vision and strategy

key responsibilities.

  • You will be responsible for delivering and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for our clients.
  • You will be responsible for creating quarterly strategies for clients.
  • You will speak to clients regularly to update them on progress and results.
  • Completing monthly SEO tasks for allocated customers.
  • Daily use of the following: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, KWFinder, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Carrying out market research of ongoing and prospective clients.
  • Helping to support other teams with general duties and digital assistance as and when required.
  • Working within a collaborative team.
  • Working with the Web team, PPC team, and Paid Social team to offer holistic digital campaigns.

Additional Senior Responsibilities

Identifying Growth Opportunities: Proactively identifying and seizing opportunities for organic growth and advancement within the ever-evolving SEO landscape & working with the account management team on this.

Championing SEO Excellence: Taking on a leadership role in championing specific areas of SEO, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence in implementation.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with senior job characteristics involving the ability to provide strategic insights based on data analysis, and effectively communicate findings to both team members and clients.

Client Relationship Building: Building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their goals, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client’s SEO strategy.

personal requirements.

  • Experience using SEO tools such as Majestic, Ahrefs, Moz, SERanking, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.
  • Experience in outreach and link building.
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Data (Looker) Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and common plugins.
  • Good understanding of HTML.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Magento, Drupal, and other content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong background in writing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a client-facing SEO role.
  • Great knowledge of On-Site SEO.
  • Great knowledge of Off-Site SEO.
  • Constantly up-to-date on new algorithm changes.
