The DNRG Social team were already running campaigns which were driving leads through their website, but we wanted to find a way where we could capture leads at an earlier stage and allow Caerphilly Skips to follow up on the lead promptly and personally – cue Lead Generation!
Being able to grow & develop our existing Facebook campaigns. The DNRG Social team had already established several refined & successful campaigns which were driving a good volume of website leads, but how could we take this to the next level?
We had to also consider our existing campaigns to ensure we still maximised their potential whilst managing budgets for the new campaign. Before our Lead generation campaigns began, we had driven 359 website leads through our Facebook campaigns.
Lastly, we had to make sure that our new Lead Generation campaigns stood out within a very competitive local market.
Implement & create a new ‘Lead Generation’ campaign.
We created a brand new lead generation campaign which leveraged our custom ‘lookalike’ audiences as well as the available ‘Interest Audiences’ within Facebook whilst also running a Remarketing campaign. These were both setup to target Caerphilly Skips service area in South Wales.
But this is where we changed things up. Instead of sending users through to the website, we present them with a quick ‘pop-up’ form to fill in whilst staying on Facebook. Once this easy process is completed, Caerphilly Skips are then able to contact them and discuss their enquiry and help them to book the right skip that they need.
