The current website was quite simple and not tailored towards conversions – it also didn’t have a great user experience and was lacking aesthetics. The ideal conversion goals for the new website was for customers to either call from the website or email IFM to find out more about their services.

The DNRG web team and account manager Emma Pryce worked together to provide a set of visuals that followed the brief precisely and gave IFM a professional look. After a few minor changes the website was ready to go shortly after build and was launched to the insurance world! 

The client also opted in for an SEO booster in which keyword research, optimisation of service pages and web migration work was complete to ensure a smooth transition at go live. This provided them with a foundation for SEO should they wish to take up an SEO retainer at a later date.
