Multicare hadn’t updated their website for quite a few years and it was time for a refresh. Looking to make a push into the e-commerce and shopping market, the current website was quite basic and didn’t have the functionality to sell online, and lacked a modern design.

Joe Reid, the account manager, decided it was best for the client to make the move to e-commerce for their new website so that they could sell online. The team decided to use unique CTAs for the core lead generation areas of the business to provide better user experience (Request a call back, book a home survey & sell your stairlift) so that the Multicare team would spend less time filtering through leads.
The e-commerce website is now up and running and the client is also running Google Shopping for these products. Combined with a successful SEO & PPC campaign alongside, the client also asked us to build another secondary website for their home lifts department which has since gone live and reaped further benefits of the team’s work.
