Despite their strong website traffic numbers, Celestial struggled with lead quality and conversions from their digital marketing efforts. A key challenge was that the website’s overall conversion rate stood at just 0.36%, with PPC performing at 0.1%. Another was that each lead generated through PPC campaigns cost £536, making customer acquisition inefficient.

Moreover, a significant portion of site visitors were not potential customers, leading to wasted ad spend and poor engagement. While high impressions and ToFu traffic looked promising on the surface, the lack of focus on MoFu and BoFu keywords meant that traffic wasn’t translating into qualified leads or conversions, further exacerbating inefficiencies.

We started the project with a whole website build, ensuring the foundation was optimised for conversions and user experience. From there, we implemented a multi-channel strategy, focusing first on optimising website content and targeting high-intent keywords to attract the right audience.

Restructuring their campaigns was the next step. We improved ad targeting and refined bidding strategies to lower costs while increasing conversions. As always, we maintained regular and transparent performance monitoring, ensuring lead exports and updates were optimised across all challenges.

For 2024, we set out three key goals

  • Reduce PPC Cost Per Lead: Bringing it down to £100 or lower.
  • Improve Conversion Rates: Achieving at least 1% across all channels.
  • Increase High-Quality Leads: Generating four high-quality leads per month consistently.

The multi-channel strategy delivered outstanding results, surpassing expectations. We got 22,468 total visitors to their website, driving targeted, high-intent traffic. From this, 645 leads were generated.
