After travelling to London in late November for the 2022 UK Search Awards, DNRG came away as winners for the first time, being recognised as one of the top digital marketing agencies in the UK.
The UK Search Awards recognise the best of the best when it comes to SEO, PPC and content marketing, and DNRG won the Best Local PPC Campaign for our submission ‘DNRG & Bristol and Avon Group: Going From Strength to Strength With PPC’.
In the four years of working on the account, we’ve seen a 335% increase in the number of leads, a 68% increase in conversion rates and an 80% drop in the cost per lead.
We were also runners-up in four other categories, which were: Best Large PPC Agency, Best Use of PPC (Retail/eCommerce), Best Low Budget PPC Campaign and Best Local SEO Campaign.
A Team Effort With Individual Success
Whilst winning the award was a team effort and something that many people have had a hand in to get DNRG to where we are today, some special mentions are in order for this award specifically.
The first mention goes to Mohd. Ajmal, whose work on the B&A Group account has been nothing short of exceptional. Ajmal has been the backbone of this PPC team for a long time, and it’s fantastic to see his hard work and talent recognised by the wider paid media community.
A big congratulations also to Nikki Harding, our account manager for B&A. Nikki has been working alongside them for six years now, bringing them along when she joined DNRG four years ago.
Emily Walton has been spearheading the PPC team towards this success, with four PPC nominations alone at this year’s UK Search Awards. Thanks also goes to Ashley Burgess, for writing the award-winning submission.

The UK Search Awards are the highest accolade for UK marketing agencies, and we’re incredibly proud to have won the Best Local PPC Campaign award for our work with B&A Group. There are 7227 marketing agencies in the UK, so to be recognised nationally is a testament to the direction this agency is heading in.
