Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. One entry per person only.
  2. You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
  3. The winners must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
  4. All entrants must complete all the fields on the form for the draw entry to be valid.
  5. The DNRG decision on the winner is final.
  6. The winner will be notified on Wednesday the 19th of June by email, phone and text message. The winner will have until Midday, Friday 21st of June to accept the prize otherwise DNRG reserve the right to re-draw and allocate the prize to another entrant.
  7. DNRG, under GDPR law, will safely store all data collected and follow subject access request law should any data be requested.
  8. DNRG will be eligible to share any information with entrants on their products and services to all those that opt in to the DNRG GDPR and privacy policy on the website.
  9. The winner will have details of the prize shared ahead of the event with instructions of where to go, dress code, timings and the tickets.
  10. All winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material.
  11. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
  12. If you are the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended), you will be refused entry to the competition and to all Club stadiums.
  13. The winner must inform the Promoter (DNRG) Other than as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Entry, you may not transfer or sell Tickets to anybody without the prior written agreement from the promoter. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.

  15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter has the discretion to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  17. Except mobile phones used for personal and private use only, you may not bring into (or use within) any Club’s stadium any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it.
  18. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, malware incident, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
  19. If the event is postponed the prize will roll over and still be rewarded to the winner on the updated time and date.
  20. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the responsibility of the participant to check junk/spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if the email is missed for any reason.
  21. These tickets are Standard Pitch Standing and do not include food or drink.
