The London Hairdressing Apprenticeship Academy (LHAA) is a dynamic and innovative vocational training organisation that specialises in high quality hairdressing and barbering training. The LHAA offers NVQs and Apprenticeships at 5 state of the art hairdressing academies across London, Hertfordshire and Essex.

To drive enquiries for hairdressing/barbering apprenticeships and courses from within the M25 region.

The method of achieving this was through paid search advertising, social media advertising and organic traffic via search engine optimization. Although the current agency was providing leads, these were costing around £50 each and the main objective was to maintain the level of leads at a greatly reduced cost.

The brief also included redesigning a new website for the beauty side of the business and to grow traffic and lower the cost per lead.

Cost per lead massivaly reduced

The advertising campaign has been very successful, we have seen organic traffic and leads more than double year on year. We now rank for many related keywords and also
feature within Google jobs listings. Our cost per lead from Google Ads has fallen from around £25 to £11 while the actual amount of leads has doubled. Display advertising costs have dropped from around £2.50 per click to now only £0.08 per click. Facebook advertising costs have also been greatly reduced with the cost per lead down from around £70 to £20.

Overall, our total cost per lead is down from £50 to £8 which is incredible.
